We want every customer of Jalwah to experience the taste of happiness and satisfaction. While our halwas are crafted with care and packed securely, we understand that issues can occasionally arise.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement is applicable only if:

  • The product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product remains unopened and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

As our halwas are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or partially consumed products.

3. Refund Process

  • Send your complaint to jalwah51@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9633128886 with clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Once verified, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the mentioned timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us directly.
